You will play a key role in driving service excellence, team engagement and sustainable performance outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a team of rehabilitation consultants Driving high-quality return-to-work outcomes for clients and stakeholders Fostering a positive, engaged and collaborative team culture Managing team performance, budgets and revenue targets Overseeing onboarding, induction and ongoing professional development Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery Maintaining a small caseload to stay clinically connected Participating in industry events and professional forums About You You are a motivated and people-focused leader with a strong background in occupational rehabilitation and a passion for developing others. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling Relevant professional registration (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA or equivalent) 5 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior or leadership role A coaching-based leadership style with the ability to support clinicians managing complex physical, psychological and biopsychosocial cases Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills A genuine passion for helping people return to meaningful work and life Interested?
